I had a wonderful experience at PPR!! I was able to find myself again and grow back into my authentic self. I finally reached a point of feeling grounded once again. The staff was friendly, understanding, and supportive. My therapist, Mary, was one of the most positive, authentic, and on point therapists I’ve ever had. We accomplished exactly what I wanted and needed to work on. Kayla and Scottie were very helpful and wonderful at getting things done. They both were great at performing their roles in case management. There were many behavioral techs that were super compassionate and understanding. They made the process a lot more enjoyable. Darcy up front on the 2nd floor was always awesome and easy to talk to. I personally had a great experience at PPR and if you’re ready to get on the road to recovery, I do recommend going through their program and giving it your all! It’s worth it.

Pinnacle Peak Recovery helped me get my life back. The staff there is amazing & the whole process is pretty seamless. They also helped my parents through the process of having a child who is battling addiction, which means a lot to me ! I now have 2 years and 4 months of continuous sobriety and still use the tools I learned in therapy while at Pinnacle Peak.

Pinnacle Peak has been a blessing. I truly can’t express how grateful I am for not only the staff but my peers that have helped me along the way. The amount of anxiety I had was indescribable while getting on a plane and flying thousands of miles away from home with absolutely no idea what was to come. Turns out it became one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My gratitude is beyond measure 🖤

5 stars doesn't could never even nearly portray just how life changing my experience was, here at PPR. I now have 18 months clean, an amazing job that I really enjoy, incredible friends, and the family relationship that I personally never thought I would have. It all started with the relentless efforts that PPR put into securing me getting help at their facility. I literally blocked the admissions coordinator's phone number from my mother's cell and thought I was in the clear, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I was almost poached from the DTX facility that PPR sent me to, so that I could safely detox off of methadone, but PPR wouldn't let that happen. My therapist fought for me when I needed it the most, the group facilitators showed me how to dig deep and bring out the best version of myself that they knew was there. My case manager helped me draw up my first ever Resume and then set me up with SLE before I graduated, ensuring that I had a plan that would lead to success after treatment. Housing is extremely nice, I never went hungry, the medical provider sought after my best interest, and I was introduced to the unmatched recovery family that the valley has to offer. PPR is now my home away from home. In other words, 10/10 experience, and i DO recommend.

This is a drug & alcohol rehab only. They are trying to brand themselves as a mental health facility as well but should not. I was the only person there not in substance abuse recovery. The program is 100% geared toward substance abuse recovery, which is clear in their mission statement but you dont see that until you've already been admitted. It's their policy to treat everyone the same; as recovering from addiction. I was strip searched, subject to 2 people watching me pee in a cup, and put on a restrictive phase system inappropriate for someone seeking mental health help. No access to the gym or anywhere to walk for exercise. No phone access for the first 3 days. They wouldn't even let me have my cough drops. Those had to be kept locked up at the nurses station with all my prescriptions and over the counter personal items. No nail clippers or fingernail files allowed. They took my phone and air pods and those items have to be earned back. The other people in the house, all there for drug or alcohol rehab, had good things to say about the program but as someone with solely mental health needs, this is not the right facility. I just want that to be clear so no one else goes here seeking mental health help. We asked very specific questions and they absolutely knew I had no addiction issues but because they have a low census, they sold the program as being for both mental health and drug recovery.

Pinnacle Peak has been extremely helpful in my recovery. They helped me feel safe and secure transitioning into daily life they equipped me with amazing tools to feel confident living my life clean and sober. Also the people who work here are amazing and attentive and I felt comfortable and never once wasn't helped with anything I needed

This place is absolutely amazing! I have no bad words for this place. The staff treated me incredibly well and went out of their way to make sure all of my outside problems were handled so I could focus on my self and my recovery. These people genuinely care and want to see you get better. Big shout out to Tyson, Cami, Scotty, Kristian, Jennifer, Marisa, Colby and the rest of the staff. Thanks to you all, I finally found my sober self and I’m looking forward to my future.
